Senior🎓
Top SchoolCarlos Agosto is a Senior Software Engineer with 11 years of hands-on experience building front-end systems for healthcare and enterprise applications from New York. He specializes in React and TypeScript, leading modernization efforts—migrating legacy components to Material UI and Next.js—while improving performance, test coverage, and developer productivity. Carlos has repeatedly delivered mission-critical clinical tools at institutions like Mount Sinai and Hospital for Special Surgery, optimizing workflows for medical staff and ensuring accessibility and reliable API integration across AWS and Foundry environments. He combines team leadership with deep implementation experience, mentoring engineers and defining UI frameworks and tech plans that scale. Not obvious from titles alone, he often bridges design and backend teams, shaping product decisions as much as code.
