Top SchoolCarlos Eduardo is a Senior Software Engineer with around a decade of experience building high-availability distributed systems and leading Core Platform and IAM initiatives. Currently driving an architectural migration from Serverless/GraphQL to layered microservices at Allergan Aesthetics, he architects secure, scalable identity solutions including JITA, SCIM integrations, and CDC pipelines with Debezium and Kafka. He specializes in modern Node.js stacks (NestJS, TypeScript) and infrastructure-as-code patterns on Kubernetes, Terraform and ArgoCD, and designs hybrid inter-service protocols that blend gRPC and REST for performance and compatibility. A pragmatic leader, he has repeatedly improved developer productivity—creating module generators, CI/CD automation, and shared AI-powered tooling to streamline engineering workflows. His background spans mobile, backend, and cloud projects where he drove test cultures and high coverage, and he brings a hands-on blend of architecture, infrastructure, and developer experience advocacy. Based in Fortaleza and working across international teams, he pairs deep technical ownership with a curious, Socratic approach to learning.
