Top SchoolCarlos Feria is a Principal Software Engineer with 11 years of experience building cloud-native and migration tooling, now leading trust and supply-chain security work at Red Hat with a focus on Rust and SBOM/VEX standards. He has driven major open-source initiatives—creating the original Tackle that seeded the Konveyor community—and combines full-stack engineering experience from frontend Angular to backend Java EE with modern systems design. Based in Ayacucho and now working from Czechia, he pairs an engineering MBA and public management studies with hands-on product delivery for enterprise modernization.
