Top SchoolCarlos Giraldo is a software engineer based in Bogotá with 3 years of recent industry experience and over a decade working across Java/J2EE stacks, microservices and full-stack web platforms for both government and private sectors. He has delivered scalable, highly available services using Spring Boot, Docker and Kubernetes while integrating cloud data tools across GCP and AWS (Spanner, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, S3, RDS) and messaging systems like Kafka and RabbitMQ. His background includes hands-on GIS and portal work for national spatial data infrastructures, giving him a strong grounding in complex domain modeling and stakeholder-driven requirements. Comfortable moving between architecture, implementation and cross-team collaboration, he excels at translating requirements into production-ready solutions.
