Top SchoolCarlos L is a Senior Full Stack Engineer based in Oslo with 11 years of professional experience modernizing complex, mission-critical systems. He specializes in refactoring legacy LIMS and embedded control software into scalable, maintainable platforms using React, Python, C++, Docker, Kubernetes and cloud CI/CD, while balancing performance, usability and regulatory compliance. His background spans real-time adaptive optics and telescope instrumentation to semiconductor inspection and set-top box automation, giving him rare cross-domain expertise in mechatronics, low-latency systems and distributed services. At Televerse he’s pioneering a “no-code” approach to empower non-developers to build features safely, reflecting a pragmatic focus on developer velocity and product autonomy. He combines academic rigor from advanced studies with hands-on delivery in startups and research institutions, often bridging hardware, firmware and cloud software in the same stack.
