Top SchoolCarlos Mendes is an ITS and integration/test automation engineer with 8 years of focused experience and a long track record in telecommunications stretching back to the late 1990s. He has delivered functional and non-functional test solutions across mobile core networks, optical transport systems, and cloud packet cores, working in both Agile and traditional V-model environments. A Java-certified developer who has moved between hands-on development, legacy SS7 and wire-line systems, and modern test automation, he pairs meticulous troubleshooting and attention to detail with a pragmatic, team-oriented approach. Comfortable with manual and automated testing for load, stability and performance, Carlos often bridges product verification and operational support to keep carrier-grade systems reliable. Based in Lisbon, he is consistently eager to learn emerging tools and languages, bringing institutional telecom knowledge to modern integration challenges.
