SeniorCary Knoop is a software owner and entrepreneur with roughly nine years of focused experience and a long history of engineering and management roles dating back to the 1980s. Based in Newark, California, he builds data analysis and information systems with a particular interest in neural and evolutionary computing, and has run his own development practice since 2010. His background includes senior development and management at Oracle and Actuate, where he led Java- and middleware-based projects that integrated email, document management and multi-format report delivery.
