Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolCas Lubbers is a Senior Software Engineer based in Arnhem with 10 years of experience building cloud-native, containerized systems and developer tooling. He combines deep hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD and observability with backend skills in Java, Kotlin and Go, and a practical grounding in PostgreSQL, Ceph and Kafka. Certified as a Kubernetes Administrator in 2022, Cas has helped ship production platforms and tooling at companies like Avisi, Red Kubes (Otomi), and Akamai, bridging platform engineering and developer experience. He favors pragmatic automation—Helm, FluxCD/ArgoCD, GitOps—and brings security-conscious practices (Falco, Trivy, Keycloak) into everyday operations. Colleagues describe him as curious and methodical: he stays current with emerging cloud-native patterns while turning abstract ideas into reliable, usable products.
