Senior🎓
Top SchoolCasper Strømgren is a pragmatic tech R&D and consulting engineer with 12 years of experience building scalable services and platforms from startup APIs to enterprise developer tooling. He founded and operates high-traffic public APIs (Genderize.io, Agify.io, Nationalize.io) that handle hundreds of millions of requests per month and are cited in major media and research, demonstrating product-led engineering at scale. Casper prefers grounding solutions in domain understanding and close collaboration with business experts rather than chasing purely technical elegance. His background spans backend systems, integrations, and platform work—recently focusing on R&D and consulting at Sea after leading engineering teams and shipping Elixir-based customer platforms. Comfortable moving between hands-on coding and architectural leadership, he blends entrepreneurial product sense with a disciplined, domain-modeling approach. Based in Roskilde, Denmark, he brings a long-term track record of turning real-world needs into reliable, measurable systems.
