Senior🎓
Top SchoolCassiano Vailati is a Senior Technical Lead with 11 years of experience building and guiding full‑stack web engineering teams across startups and consultancy environments. Based in Lombardy, Italy, he leads WeRoad’s Monkeys team, driving architecture innovation, CI/CD adoption with GitLab + Kubernetes/Docker Swarm, and mentoring engineers in modern JavaScript stacks (Nuxt/Vue, GraphQL, Node). He combines hands‑on implementation of backends and databases (Postgres, MySQL, Mongo, Redis) with operational expertise in ELK logging and deployment automation, having shipped both product refactors and platform integrations. A longtime freelance software architect and local community organizer, he blends practical teaching and process coaching (Kanban, testing) with a genuine enthusiasm for open source, web UX and unconventional lifestyles like van life and travel. Notably, he’s equally comfortable deep in build tooling and test suites as he is structuring team practices that scale.
