Top SchoolCeleste De Guzman is a Principal Content PM Manager at Microsoft with two decades of experience translating complex identity, security, and OS technologies into clear, actionable developer and admin content. She leads cross-continental teams and initiatives that span Microsoft Entra, Azure AD, Microsoft Graph, and security scenarios, blending content strategy, operations, and AI-driven innovation to accelerate product adoption. A pragmatic customer advocate and negotiator, she has built content organizations in multiple countries, led major rebranding and repo migrations, and architected security remediation across large documentation portfolios. Her background as a hands-on writer and program manager for Windows and mobile platforms gives her rare domain depth in low-level OS customization and user experience design, and she is known for turning partner pain points into lasting process and product improvements.
