Cem has led multi-disciplinary teams of 20+ engineers, built centralized build/test/packaging infrastructures, and reworked C++ build systems to produce HELM charts and container images for telecom core components. He emphasizes mentoring, cross-team communication with product owners, and pragmatic architecture choices informed by decades of language and tooling breadth.
