Top SchoolCésar Barone is a pragmatic engineering leader and founder with 12 years of experience building customer-focused web products and scaling teams from prototype to thousands of users. As a hands-on Director of Engineering, he blends full-stack fluency (Angular, TypeScript, Ruby on Rails) with strong delivery discipline—CI/CD, TDD and Agile—favoring practical solutions that reduce customer effort and time-to-value. He co-founded Minerador, where his teams shipped high-impact modules that cut contract signature times from days to minutes and automated telecom proposal generation for massive documents. César repeatedly combines product discovery, UX sensitivity and operational ownership, having run customer success, sales and finances while acting as CTO. He also experiments with side projects like SwapMail to hone frontend and cloud skills and learn digital product distribution. Based in Santa Catarina, Brazil, he thrives on turning messy real-world problems into simple, measurable outcomes.
