Senior🎓
Top SchoolCésar Laredo is a Principal Software Engineer based in Mexico with a decade of experience building performant web and mobile applications, specializing in modern frontend architectures with React, Redux and performance-focused engineering. He has progressed from full-stack roles and WebRTC/mobile work to leading web performance and engineering teams at companies like ClassPass and hims & hers, recently stepping into strategic leadership at Zarminali Pediatrics. Known for improving developer experience, internationalization, and payment integrations, he pairs hands-on coding with mentoring and remote team leadership. An uncommon thread in his career is frequent ownership of cross-platform concerns—from real-time communications and video to DX and large-scale state management—making him equally comfortable shipping features and optimizing systems.
