Senior🎓
Top SchoolCezar Pauxis is a versatile software engineer with nine years of hands-on experience across backend and frontend stacks, skilled in PHP, Python, TypeScript and Java and experienced in large-scale API migrations and microservices. He has delivered impactful work at PicPay—helping migrate API gateway routes affecting millions of users—and built widely used open-source tooling like pyromod, which has over 2 million downloads and powers thousands of Telegram projects. Comfortable in startups and enterprise environments, he builds everything from chatbots and serverless backends to responsive React frontends and desktop apps with a strong focus on UX and testing. Motivated by helping others, Cezar’s personal projects are all free and aimed at practical utility, and his early story of building with broken phones gained notable attention in Brazil. As an autistic developer and cat lover based in Paraná, he brings empathy, adaptability and a pragmatic, people-first approach to engineering teams.
