Top SchoolChad Dewitt is a results-driven Software Engineer based in Greater Boston with 10 years of experience building and operating cloud-native and on-prem infrastructure. He specializes in DevOps, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code, having led IaC adoption and automated highly available monitoring and orchestration solutions using Terraform, Packer, Helm, Sensu, Grafana, and Prometheus. At DEKA he replaced vendor-locked orchestration with an automated Kubernetes solution and created blue/green Helm deployment patterns for AWS EKS; earlier roles include containerizing enterprise middleware and automating IBM BPM/WebSphere deployments. Chad brings a developer-first support mindset, bridging platform engineering and application teams to streamline developer workflows and reduce operational toil. He pairs hands-on automation (Jenkins, Ansible, Docker) with rigorous testing and observability practices honed across dozens of microservices. Outside the obvious toolset, he has a track record of converting legacy middleware processes into repeatable, auditable pipelines that accelerate delivery.
