Senior🎓
Top SchoolChance Nelson is a pragmatic full-stack Software Development Engineer with 8 years of experience building API-driven microservices, high-performance computing tooling, and production front-end components. He has shipped cloud-native systems at scale—contributing gRPC and GraphQL services, Kubernetes deployments, Kafka integrations, and CI/CD tooling across roles at Amazon, Carvana, and healthcare startups. Comfortable in Python, Go, and C#, Chance pairs strong Linux systems and command-line expertise with a history of optimizing developer workflows (including a TypeScript SDK and React components to accelerate front-end work). He’s equally at home diagnosing cluster scheduler issues—having contributed patches to Slurm—so his approach blends systems-level rigor with practical product delivery. Now based in Phoenix, he continues to focus on reliable, performant architectures while quietly owning the glue that lets teams move faster.
