Top SchoolCharles Bushong is a Senior Product Cloud Engineer with 12 years of experience building automated, secure, cloud-native infrastructure—his stated goal is to "automate himself out of a job" by delivering repeatable, production-grade platforms. He specializes in Terraform, Kubernetes/ECS/Fargate, GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux), and CI pipelines (CircleCI), and has repeatedly cut cluster and deployment provisioning from days to minutes for federal and enterprise customers. As a hands-on leader he has led teams of up to 13 engineers to manage dozens of production clusters, implement zero-trust service meshes, and productize reusable Terraform modules across multiple AWS accounts. His background in software development and an MBA gives him a practical blend of technical depth and product-minded process improvement, and he has notable experience enabling air-gapped/on-prem LLM deployments and transforming long, manual rollouts into push-button operations. Located in Marriottsville, MD, he prefers remote roles and enforces clear recruiting boundaries.
