Top SchoolCharles Gbadamosi is a software engineer with 11 years of experience combining game engineering, research, and production-grade systems work, currently building at Google DeepMind in London. He brings deep game-AI expertise from a PhD-funded role at IGGI, where he developed neural-network game-playing agents and advised on video game harms research. His background spans lead gameplay programming and design for large-scale mobile RPGs—implementing combat, caching, analytics, and monetization systems that measurably improved retention and revenue. Charles has practical SRE and tooling experience from an earlier Google internship and has shipped fast prototypes and core loops for startups and IP-driven pre-production pitches. Equally comfortable in research and production, he’s adept at turning academic ideas into robust, instrumented systems for real users. An unusual combined strength is his track record of both inventing novel mechanics and instrumenting products with analytics to drive measurable business outcomes.
