Senior🎓
Top SchoolCharles Hicks is a Managing Partner and operator with 20+ years of cross-functional experience building products, partnerships, and customer experience programs across banking, healthcare, utilities and government. He combines hands-on technical chops—from early Unix and telecom systems to modern Voice AI and integration engineering—with commercial leadership in GTM, channel and ecosystem strategy. At ReliableCX he helps marry ops and technology to improve CX through pragmatic solution design, procurement oversight and deep integration of AI, CRM, CCaaS, WFM and legacy systems. Previously he scaled channel partnerships for Zoom CX after leading ISV and partner strategy at Solvvy and ran product and services teams at SugarCRM, demonstrating an ability to move between building product, running services and enabling partners. Known for getting “hands dirty,” he focuses on understanding real customer pain and removing obstacles to growth rather than selling silver-bullet tech. Based in California, he blends startup grit with enterprise rigor to deliver measurable improvements in service automation and customer outcomes.
