Senior🎓
Top SchoolCharles Pickering is a senior business development and enterprise infrastructure leader with nine years of focused experience selling and architecting IT-managed services, MSP/MSSP solutions, cloud and virtualization stacks, and AI/NLP-enabled applications across healthcare and diverse commercial verticals. A proven hunter and deal-closer, he combines hands-on technical fluency (VMware, Nutanix, Azure, Veeam, Citrix, Power BI) with GTM strategy, channel partnerships, and startup experience that includes ventures that went public and were acquired. He operates equally well as a player/coach, building teams and closing NN logos while stepping in to reconfigure off-rail projects and bring them to successful outcomes. His consultative approach pairs deep product knowledge with a rare emphasis on sales velocity and partner leverage to scale predictable, efficient revenue. Outside corporate roles he chairs a youth soccer development academy, signaling long-term community commitment and operational stewardship. Known among peers as an overengineered homelab tinkerer, he keeps current with infrastructure trends and conversational AI through executive coursework and practical lab work.
