Top SchoolCharlie Gentle is a Senior Web Developer based in Greater Nottingham with a 12-year background balancing design and engineering to deliver marketing experiences and internal systems for major UK brands. Equally comfortable talking to designers and engineers, he excels at turning visual concepts into maintainable, user-focused front-end code. His career spans agency and in-house roles—most recently at webdna—where he's led small teams and driven projects from brief to production. Trained in computer science at the University of Bristol, he brings a thoughtful, structured approach to UX-driven development. Colleagues value his knack for translating creative intent into scalable implementations and his emphasis on cross-discipline communication. An interesting detail: despite a strong design sensibility, he maintains a developer-first discipline that ensures solutions remain robust and testable as they scale.
