Top SchoolCharlotte Delfosse is a software engineer and journalist specializing in OSINT with eight years of experience building reliable backend systems and investigative workflows. She has shipped production services at BlaBlaCar—migrating PHP monoliths to Java microservices, improving SLI/SLOs, and implementing complex search and interlining features—while also developing low-level algorithms for 3D point clouds in C++/CUDA. Currently blending technical and journalistic skills as a Journaliste OSINT at France Télévisions, she verifies, geolocates and timestamps user-generated imagery for broadcast reporting. Trained in computer science and haptics at The University of Tokyo and INSA Lyon, she pairs rigorous engineering with a scientific approach to storytelling and data verification. Comfortable interfacing with product and stakeholders, she brings a curiosity for media innovation (newsletter author on media trends) and a track record of turning complex data into actionable insight.
