Top SchoolChen Huang is a product manager with a decade of technical experience who blends hands-on engineering (JavaScript, React, Python, C++) with user-centered product strategy across SaaS and e-commerce. Having led integrations and roadmaps at JD.com and recently joined TikTok, Chen is skilled at turning complex API and platform challenges—Shopify, ShipStation, TikTok Shop—into scalable, client-facing solutions. Prior roles at Zoom, NIO, and Unilever show a track record from 0-1 product launches to analytics dashboards and UX optimization, informed by a Cornell MS in Information Science and a CS BS from UC Santa Barbara. Comfortable bridging international engineering teams, he pairs agile delivery tools (JIRA, Confluence) with data fluency (MySQL, Tableau) to drive measurable engagement improvements. Beyond product work, Chen maintains a programmer’s curiosity in graphics and game-engine programming, reflecting a technical depth that helps him prototype and validate complex interactions.
