Top SchoolChet Ensign is a veteran technical community steward with nine years focused on enabling standards-driven collaboration across cybersecurity, e-commerce, key management, legal tech, cloud, IoT, energy markets, and emergency response within the OASIS framework. He has led standards development and TC administration, helping committees turn charter goals into adopted specifications and scalable ecosystems of implementers. Prior roles in product and architecture at Bloomberg, LexisNexis, and Matthew Bender demonstrate deep experience migrating large legal content sets to XML/SGML and launching enterprise publishing initiatives. Chet combines hands-on program leadership with governance, arbitration, and liaison work between technical committees, management, and boards, and he’s known for turning complex editorial and data-architecture challenges into repeatable processes. Based in New Jersey, he brings a blend of publishing-rooted technical rigor and community-building savvy that’s unusual for standards stewards.
