Top SchoolChibuzor Alumba is an Artificial Intelligence Consultant and seasoned software engineer with 12 years of experience building production systems across healthcare, agriculture, real estate, and financial services. He runs structured AI productivity programs for $5M–$50M companies that turn passive tool subscriptions into integrated workflows, delivering dramatic time savings in weeks rather than months. Technically hands-on, he has rebuilt legacy client portals to modern Angular/TypeScript stacks, implemented real-time platforms and error-monitoring pipelines, and built AI automation systems that eliminate 20–40 hours of weekly busywork. He also serves as a fractional CTO, guiding architecture, AI strategy, vendor evaluation, and dev team oversight for companies that need senior technical leadership without a full-time executive hire. His decade-long parallel experience as a real estate investor gives him uncommon fluency in both P&L-driven business decisions and pragmatic engineering tradeoffs. Based in Winnipeg, he combines delivery-focused engineering with measurable business impact—usually finding productivity wins organizations didn’t know they were leaving on the table.
