Top SchoolChintan P is an experienced software engineer and pragmatic technologist with over 14 years building scalable backend systems across JVM, Ruby, and Go stacks. He has led multi-team initiatives as a staff-level IC, shaped engineering culture, and mentored engineers while remaining deeply hands-on in designing resilient platform services and customer-facing features. At companies from Amazon to Qualtrics and Smartsheet he delivered orchestration engines, hybrid authorization and data-migration systems, and operational improvements that reduced go-live time and stabilized large monoliths. Recently he built and attempted to launch a leads-conversion SaaS, gaining direct product, sales, and entrepreneurial experience while reimmersing himself in NLP and generative AI using non-Python stacks. Based in Seattle, he pairs a strong product mindset with a track record of turning complex requirements into practical, production-ready systems.
