Top SchoolChintan Tank is a Principal Software Engineer based in California with 14+ years designing high-performance distributed systems and CDN/edge integrations at Salesforce. He led impactful initiatives—image optimization that cut bytes served by up to 80%, API caching that improved key endpoints by 77–85%, and CDN load tests validating 13x traffic—with technical ownership spanning caching, KV stores, and edge compute. Comfortable across stacks and at scale, he has a track record of architecting modular platforms (Cloudflare Workers integration), pioneering ScaleCache adoption, and automating developer workflows that reduced manual effort drastically. Earlier roles show deep systems and streaming experience (Kafka/Maxwell), search and ingestion redesigns that cut costs and latency, and hands-on product integrations for payments and billing. He combines rigorous performance testing and observability with pragmatic roadmapping that directly improved experience for thousands of customer sites and millions of end users. An MS in Computer Science and history of patented work underscore a blend of academic rigor and production-grade innovation.
