Top SchoolChris Cole is a Senior Integration Solutions Architect based in San Diego with over a decade of professional experience and two decades of hands-on web development background. He specializes in building reusable Laravel-based integration layers that connect white-labeled applications to a wide array of CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, HighLevel, Pipedrive, Monday.com and niche vertical systems), automating referral submission, payouts, and production tracking for clients. As a former lead mobile and backend engineer, he brings deep API, webhook, and operations expertise from projects spanning telephony, e-commerce flows, and multi-tenant SaaS platforms. Chris pairs client-facing onboarding and process discovery with technical implementation, keeping integrations adaptable as business rules evolve. He also runs Weightless, a consultancy focused on automation and streamlined business tools, reflecting his ongoing drive to shave time off workflows and increase revenue through pragmatic engineering. Notably, his work emphasizes building generalized processes that reduce custom mapping effort while accommodating industry-specific quirks like fraud prevention and affiliate tracking.
