Top SchoolChris Eaves-kohlbrenner is a pragmatic software engineer and engineering manager with 12 years’ experience delivering full-stack systems and leading distributed teams across startup and enterprise environments. He has driven product and platform outcomes at Thomson Reuters—overseeing Reuters Connect and cross-organization data/privacy and analytics initiatives—while hiring and managing multi-national engineering teams and translating vague governance into tactical engineering wins. Comfortable coding through architecture, his technical toolkit includes JavaScript, React, Clojure/ClojureScript, and AWS, and he pairs that with data science chops from an MSc focused on NLP, graph theory, and ML. Based in Lakeland, Florida, Chris blends hands-on feature delivery with measurable business impact and a track record of launching ecommerce and analytics features that directly support revenue streams. An organizer at heart, he’s as effective building teams and processes as he is shipping code.
