Top SchoolChris Lambourne is an experienced information management and BI professional with over eight years focused on TCRA/eQ reporting and a long history of leading document and data control across multi-billion-pound engineering and defence programmes. He combines hands-on technical delivery—designing cubes, scripts, dashboards and enterprise reporting—with process transformation, stakeholder engagement and licence management to keep complex programmes compliant and efficient. Known for driving continuous improvement, Chris has repeatedly centralised EDMS, standardised metadata and broken down data silos to improve accessibility and reduce rework. His background in large-scale projects (Hinkley Point C, AWE, Terminal 5) gives him a pragmatic understanding of regulatory and audit requirements alongside user-focused support and training. Security-cleared and comfortable owning vendor relationships and incident triage, he’s as adept at policy and governance as he is at debugging and tuning reporting systems. An early technical curiosity is evident from building bespoke Access-based control systems and automations that scaled into corporate EDMS solutions.
