Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolChris Mcdonnell is a sales leader specializing in device identification and fraud prevention who translates technical product value into measurable revenue and improved user experiences. Based in New York, he scaled outbound and enterprise motions from the ground up at Fingerprint and Finch, then helped build SDKs and docs as a founding AE before becoming Head of Sales at Fern. Chris combines hands-on campaign and onboarding experience—training 10 hires and creating repeatable sales processes—with a knack for positioning developer-facing products to nontechnical buyers. He has a track record of high win rates in competitive segments and a practical focus on reducing fraud, personalizing UX, and detecting bots to protect revenue. Unusually for a sales leader, he’s contributed to developer experience work (docs and SDKs), giving him a rare fluency across product, developer adoption, and commercial strategy.
