Top SchoolChris Padfield is a seasoned founder and product leader with over two decades building Deskpro into a multi-channel social CRM helpdesk and now serving on its board. He combines hands-on product and PHP/MySQL engineering experience with deep early-stage investing expertise, having managed seed deals and acted as gatekeeper for London Business Angels. Chris has repeatedly moved between building commercial software products and structuring angel/VC investments, giving him a pragmatic lens on product-market fit and scalable go-to-market strategies. Based in London and Oxford-educated in PPE, he also runs niche product ventures like Outlook2Web and has experience learning from failed startups, which informs his disciplined approach to team scaling and fundraising.
