A polyglot developer comfortable across Ruby and JavaScript stacks, he has a strong track record of refactoring legacy systems, improving testing and security practices, and enabling faster product delivery through platform thinking. He combines hands-on coding with people leadership, mentoring engineers, running workshops, and managing cross-team progress from startups to larger organizations. Notably, he has led technical transformations at companies like Farewill and FutureLearn, turning brittle codebases into more maintainable systems while also taking on CTO-style responsibilities early in his career.
