Summary
🤩
RockstarChristian Adamini is a seasoned support specialist with 11+ years working at the intersection of customer success, documentation, and engineering for workforce management software. Currently at Peopleware, he bridges consulting and development by debugging issues, analyzing Opensearch logs, and turning findings into actionable bug reports and feature requests. His background as an information developer and product knowledge lead means he pairs technical writing and docs-as-code practices (GitHub/Jekyll) with hands-on scripting in Ruby and Batch to resolve integrations and automate workflows. Christian’s career spans incident and problem management to product ownership, giving him a rare blend of operational rigor and product empathy. Known internally for onboarding colleagues and simplifying complex systems, he quietly focuses on making support repeatable and measurable rather than flashy.
