Top SchoolChristian Sloth is a Chief Strategy Officer with 12 years’ experience turning marketing activity into measurable business outcomes for major Danish and international brands. He specializes in connecting strategy to execution—sharpening methods, shaping offers, and building the internal capabilities that make marketing a growth driver rather than a cost center. Rising through NoA Connect from Senior Consultant to CSO (and serving as Interim CEO), he now owns P&L, hiring, and market positioning while advising CMOs on organisation, measurement, and operating models. His background in digital—leading integrated adtech and martech programs at Carat—gives him practical fluency in the tech that underpins modern marketing. Colleagues rely on him as a trusted senior counterpart who cuts through complexity to deliver clear, actionable choices. Based in Copenhagen, he blends strategic rigor with hands-on operational design to help organisations prioritise what truly creates value.
