Top SchoolChristophe Blefari is a seasoned data and software engineer with 13 years of experience building data platforms, developer tools, and data-driven products from startups to enterprise. Based in San Francisco, he co-founded nao Labs to build an AI-first code editor tailored for data teams and also runs the Forward Data Conference and blef.fr to share practical data insights. He has led and scaled data engineering teams (Kapten) and operated production data architectures including Hadoop and GCP pipelines, while consulting for companies like Qonto, BlaBlaCar and French government agencies. As a lecturer and trainer at ENSAI and universities, he distills complex DataOps and Python topics into pragmatic courses. An active angel investor through blef.ventures, he combines product instincts with hands-on engineering and a knack for translating practitioner needs into developer-facing tools. Notably, his background spans both low-level infrastructure (on-prem Hadoop) and cutting-edge AI tooling for developer productivity.
