Senior🎓
Top SchoolChristophe Dolivet is a seasoned engineering leader with 17 years of experience building resilient, high-throughput backend systems and scaling engineering organizations from hands-on development to strategic leadership. Based in Lyon, he has driven technical transformation at Chiliz—growing backend teams, creating platform and tech-lead structures, and overseeing complex blockchain and payment migrations—and now leads engineering at iExec. He combines deep PHP/Symfony and data/DevOps background with practical architecture work (microservices, API gateways, ClickHouse/Hadoop pipelines) to deliver regulatory-compliant, performance-critical financial systems. Known for turning monoliths into autonomous feature teams, he focuses on reducing technical debt and enabling continuous improvement through platform teams and mentorship. A pragmatic problem-solver, he often trades code for coaching to amplify impact across 100+ engineers while keeping a strong eye on scalability and real-time processing.
