Top SchoolChristophe Éblé is a seasoned technology leader with over two decades of experience and a 17-year track record in senior engineering and executive roles, now serving as Director of Technology at Publicis Sapient. He has repeatedly transformed monoliths into scalable, cloud-native platforms and led teams of 10s–100+ engineers across Europe, combining hands-on architecture (Go, Java, Kubernetes, serverless) with strategic CTO responsibilities. Christophe has driven product-focused innovation in diverse sectors—from AdTech and payments to energy renovation and consumer apps—delivering measurable outcomes like happn’s growth to 100M users and rationalizing tech stacks across seven acquisitions. He’s comfortable bootstrapping startups (first technical hire at Pooky Games) and steering large organizations to adopt AI, Big Data, and infra-as-code practices. Known for blending technical depth with stakeholder and R&D management, he often pairs rapid prototyping with long-term platform thinking.
