Summary

Senior🎓
Top SchoolChristopher Blackwell is a Senior Technical Project Manager with a decade of experience delivering complex, enterprise-grade systems for government and defense clients, currently leading programs at Frontier Technology. He combines hands-on full-stack engineering knowledge—especially Python and data warehousing—with program-level delivery skills across cloud migrations (IL5/IL6 AWS), data lakes, and analytics platforms like Qlik Sense. Known for managing cross-functional teams and subcontractors, he has led large-scale migrations, hardened hundreds of cloud instances, and driven ATO/ATO-supporting documentation and compliance activities. His background blends MBA finance, IT master’s training, and early experience in operations and fundraising, giving him uncommon fluency in both technical architecture and financial/programmatic oversight. Colleagues rely on him to translate dense technical constraints into auditable roadmaps and to produce the notional datasets and documentation that reduce rework during classified development cycles.
