Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolChristopher Jiang is a Frontend Developer and UI/UX designer based in Toronto with 10 years of experience building polished, production-ready interfaces for both startups and large enterprises. He has led frontend modernization efforts—introducing TypeScript, micro-frontends, CI/CD and a unified design system—most recently at PhenoTips where his patient intake platform became a key customizable product feature for healthcare clients. Comfortable across design and engineering, he founded a product (Desserts App) that reached DMZ Incubator finals and has shipped components and themes used across platforms at companies like SpankChain and LCBO. His background in systems design engineering and math/computer science gives him a pragmatic edge in bridging UX research, prototyping in Figma, and robust React/TypeScript implementations. Colleagues rely on him to reduce technical debt while accelerating delivery through reusable component libraries and accessible design. He’s equally likely to sketch user journeys as he is to optimize build pipelines—bringing product instincts to every line of front-end code.
