Senior🎓
Top SchoolChristopher Krailo is a Senior Infrastructure Engineer and seasoned software leader with 15 years building Ruby-based web applications, leading remote teams, and scaling startups from MVP to production. He blends hands-on engineering—shipping features, testing, and CI/deploy pipelines—with people leadership as a former CTO and engineering manager who hires, mentors, and enforces pragmatic standards. Christopher has a track record of driving operational improvements (automated payments, monitoring, on-call rotations) and introducing remote-first practices that improved team performance and deployment cadence. Comfortable across the stack and operations, he frequently pairs with ops to resolve production incidents and harden systems. He prefers small to mid-sized companies where he can build strong, self-sufficient teams that solve valuable business problems. Outside day-to-day work he volunteers to mentor developers and has a long-standing habit of translating business needs into elegant, maintainable technical solutions.
