Senior🎓
Top SchoolChristopher Lee is an Assistant Professor and computational scientist with 12 years of interdisciplinary experience bridging biochemistry and computer science, now focused on molecular modeling and computable reconstructions from electron-microscopy datasets. Trained with PhD work at UC San Diego and postdoctoral research modeling synapses, ion channels, and membrane biophysics, he combines theoretical diffusion analysis with practical biochemical assay experience. His work emphasizes building reproducible, computable models from microscopy and simulation data, informed by early contributions to cross-software molecular dynamics tooling. Based in California, he publishes actively (see his Google Scholar profile) and brings a rare mix of hands-on lab technique and computational rigor to problems in structural and cellular biophysics.
