Top SchoolChristopher Medykiewicz is a Frontend Engineer and Tech Lead with 10 years of experience designing and building high-traffic, user-centered web applications. He has led front-end modernization and micro front-end migrations at scale—helping move multiple mortgage partners to a unified portal that serves tens of thousands daily and processes millions in payments. Equally fluent in UX and engineering, he blends design thinking with hands-on Angular and React development, automated testing, and observability (Application Insights, SEQ, Splunk) to drive near-zero post-release issues. A pragmatic manager and communicator, he improves team delivery through process, tooling, and documentation while mentoring cross-functional teams. Outside work he contributes to civic tech with CodeForPhilly and brings a designer’s eye from a Graphic Design and Marketing background to complex UI systems.
