Top SchoolCiaran Mcghie is a founder and full-stack software engineer with a decade of experience building modern, production-ready digital products and prototypes from London. He leads Softbrew Digital, helping businesses choose pragmatic technology stacks and delivering everything from React/TypeScript front ends to Node.js and Scala-based microservices and serverless systems. His background includes high-stakes engineering at Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan Chase, where he shipped scalable asynchronous platforms and APIs using messaging, NoSQL stores and reactive patterns. Comfortable across databases (Postgres, Mongo, Cassandra, Redis), orchestration and headless browser tooling, he pairs hands-on implementation with mentoring and code-review experience. Clients range from startups to enterprise teams, and he brings an uncommon blend of finance-grade rigor and product-focused agility to every engagement.
