Senior🎓
Top SchoolCiro Durán is a Senior Software Engineer with 14 years of experience building games, developer tools, and scalable online game infrastructure for PC, consoles, browsers and mobile. He has led tooling, DevOps and build systems at studios including NaturalMotion and now PlayStation Studios Tools and Technology, ensuring one-click deployment and live service scalability for games played by hundreds of thousands concurrently. His background spans gameplay and systems programming (C++, Unreal), automated testing and benchmarking, multilanguage e‑learning interfaces, and founding the Caracas Game Jam and contributing to the Global Game Jam community. Equally at home in low-level engine work and large-scale backend automation, he also brings teaching and entrepreneurial experience from Open English and academia, and—less obviously—keeps creativity sharp by playing music alongside coding.
