Top SchoolCiro Oliveira is an experienced IT Analyst with 9 years focused on 24x7 middleware support for mission-critical banking and enterprise environments. He has deep hands-on expertise with Java application servers (WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss), web servers (IIS, Tomcat, Apache/IHS), messaging and integration (WebSphere MQ, Message Broker, BPM), and monitoring tools like Grafana, Nagios, AppDynamics and Splunk. Comfortable executing controlled changes, incident response under SLA, log-driven troubleshooting and performance tuning, he has repeatedly acted as focal point for complex deployments and vendor coordination. Based in São Paulo, he blends operational rigor with a history of continuous frontline roles across major providers (Santander, TIVIT, Sinqia), and is skilled at keeping critical services stable during high-pressure windows. A not-obvious strength is his long track record of bridging operations and deployment governance, making him effective at both hands-on fixes and process ownership.
