Top SchoolClayton Rieck is a Senior Software Engineer based in New York with 12 years of experience building high-performance mobile apps and backend systems across startups and enterprises, including Apple and Peachi. He ships end-to-end solutions using SwiftUI, The Composable Architecture, React Native, Node.js, Flask and modern data tooling, and has repeatedly driven observability and platform work that improved reliability and incident response. As a former CTO and founder he combines product intuition with hands-on engineering, demonstrated by a sizing calculator that boosted organic sign-ups and conversion for Peachi. Clayton has led cross-functional teams to harmonize data pipelines, build BFFs, and introduce contract testing and CI/CD practices that reduced deployment latency and increased confidence. He also prototypes cutting-edge AR/VR experiences for Vision Pro and builds custom RealityKit command centers, showing a willingness to explore new interfaces beyond traditional mobile. Known for mentoring engineers and running technical workshops, he balances delivery velocity with long-term engineering health.
