Top SchoolClayton Roche is a founding member and decentralized-economics specialist with a decade of experience designing tokenomics, community strategy, and mechanism-driven incentives for Web3 projects. He led community development at UMA and served as Head of DeFi at Mosendo, applying economic research and mechanism design to align incentives and scale participation. Comfortable translating complex protocol design into human-facing narratives, he focuses equally on strategy, communications, and practical token models that drive collaboration among strangers. A former freelance econ consultant during the ICO era and nonprofit treasurer, he blends startup founding grit with rigorous financial hygiene. Based in Flying Fish Cove, Australia, Clayton pairs a BA in Economics & Philosophy with a knack for turning nerdy curiosity into structured, fundable systems.
