Senior🎓
Top SchoolClement Chaduc is a Systems Engineering Manager based in Oslo with nine years of embedded and wireless systems experience, currently leading systems teams at Texas Instruments. He combines deep hands-on firmware and protocol expertise (notably Bluetooth Low Energy, Zigbee, Thread and Matter) with proven people leadership, having managed remote teams across continents and mentored interns and engineers. Clement has driven whole-product launches (CC2340), owned customer engagements for multi-million-dollar accounts, and authored demos and collateral that accelerate customer adoption. His background in safety-critical avionics software and low-level driver development gives him a rare blend of rigorous systems thinking and practical implementation skill. Known as a fast learner and idea-driven problem solver, he routinely steps outside his comfort zone to bridge R&D, apps and systems for tangible product outcomes. Outside product work he’s contributed to technical community support and training, resolving high-volume forum threads and creating documentation that scales customer success.
